Conditions
1. 15 July - 15 Setember * (high season) minimum stay = 7 days
2. 40% of the total amount has to be paid with the reservation. The rest has to be paid by handing out the keys.
3. We expect your arrival from 17.00h to 22.30h. At the end of your stay please leave the apartment untill 12.00h.
Exceptions are possible by management agreement.
4. The apartments are layed out for the amount of people as described. Extra beds for children will be charged:
for children up to 10 years = 10.00 Euros, older than 10 years = 15.00 Euros per day.
5. Animals are not allowed. Exeptions can be made by management agreement.
6. The outdoor facilities are only for use of our guests.
7. There will be a charge a fee equivalent to one day for cleaning and replacement of damaged items.
