* 15 Julho - 15 Set * Estadia minima = 7 Diárias Para a reserva dos aptos. é necessário o pagamento de 40% do valor total do aluguer. O remanescente deverá ser pago no início da estadia com entrega das chaves. Horários: para a tomada de posse do apto. à partir das 16 hs até as 22:30 hs. Para a saida até as 12 hs. Exepções caso combinado previamente com a gerência. Os aptos. tem a lotação máxima consoante a tipologia, para cada pessoa extra será cobrada às diárias a taxa de: 10,00 € por criança até os 10 anos. Maiores de dez anos a taxa de 15,00 €. Não são aceites animais de estimação. Excepções caso combinado previamente com gerência. As áreas exteriores comuns, são de uso exclusivo aos hóspedes. Para estadias superiores a 7 diárias, as trocas de roupas de cama serão feitas na metade da estadia. Conforme o estado que foi deixado os aptos. cobraremos uma taxa para a limpeza e reposição dos artigos danificados. |

* 15 Julho - 15 Set * (high season) minimum stay = 7 days 40% of the total amount has to be paid with the reservation. The rest has to be paid by handing out the keys. We expect your arrival from 16.00h to 22.30h. At the end of your stay please leave the apartment untill 12.00h. Exceptions are possible by management agreement. The apartments are layed out for the amount of people as described. Extra beds for children will be charged: for children up to 10 years = 10.00 Euros, older than 10 years = 15.00 Euros per day. Animals are not allowed. Exeptions can be made by management agreement. The outdoor facilities are only for use of our guests. For the stay of more than 7 days we change the bedcloth in the middle of the time staying. There will be a charge for the final cleaning of the apartments and the refill of used materials. |

* 15 Julho - 15 Set * (Hochsaison) minimum Mietdauer 7 Tage. Anzahlung: 40% des Gesamtpreises bei Reservierung. Die Restzahlung ist fällig bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Wir erwarten ihre Ankunft zwischen 16.00h und 22.30h. Am Ende ihres Aufenthaltes verlassen sie das Apartment bitte bis 12.00h. Ausnahmen nur nach Vereinbarung. Die Preise der Apartments gelten für die angegebene Personenzahl. Extra Betten für Kinder berechnen wir wie folgt: für Kinder bis 10 Jahre mit 10.00 €, für Kinder älter als 10 Jahre mit 15.00 € pro Tag. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Ausnahmen nur nach Vereinbarung. Die Nutzung der Aussenanlagen ist ausschliesslich unseren Gästen vorbehalten. Bei Aufenthalt von mehr als 7 Tagen wird die Bettwäsche in der Hälfte der Mietdauer gewechselt. Für die Endreinigung der Apartments und die Wiederbeschaffung der zur Verfügung gestellten Verbrauchsgüter erheben wir eine entsprechende Gebühr. |
